[July 29, 2021] Korea Energy Technology Corporation signed a business agreement with Korea National University of Transportation Forensic Engineering Technology Research Institute.

【Break News Chungbuk】Reporter Kim Byeong-joo: The Forensic Engineering Technology Research Center at Korea National University of Transportation, led by President Park Joon-hoon, announced on the 27th that it has entered into a business agreement with Korea Energy Technology Corporation to promote the field of energy safety facilities.

Under this agreement, both organizations have agreed to collaborate on a manpower training project in the field of energy safety facilities. They will also exchange information on education, research, and new technologies, as well as engage in joint research on energy safety facilities and promote related academic conferences.

Korea Energy Technology Corporation, led by CEO Noh Young-jin, specializes in plant design and interpretation engineering. Currently, they are actively involved in R&D for hydrogen fuel cell and cogeneration devices.

Professor Eui-soo Kim, Director of the Institute of Forensic Engineering and Technology at Korea National University of Transportation, stated, "Through this agreement, both institutions have established a system that can provide objective and reliable energy safety management services for the first time in Korea."

The Forensic Engineering Technology Laboratory at Korea National University of Transportation focuses on research and development of accident cause identification technology based on engineering knowledge. Through collaboration between industry, academia, and research institutes, they have contributed to the establishment and revision of laws related to engineering-based research, as well as providing customized training in accident investigation, aiming to contribute to the realization of a safe and secure society in Korea.
